What to use for what
- A listing is wrong, closed or not real: use the “Report this listing” form on that business’s page. It tells us exactly which listing you mean.
- It is your business: open its page and choose “Claim this business”, or add it if it is not listed.
- You want your listing removed: claim it and ask from your account page, or email us from an address on the business’s own website.
- Someone else manages your business’s listing: open the listing and choose “Tell us”. The process is in our Listing and Content Policy.
- Anything else: email us.
Complaints
Complaints about content on the site go to the Grievance Officer, Irfan Rais, at info@everynearby.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. Requests to remove content are acted on within 36 hours.
